No minimum order is required.
Do you sell products to the public?
Hale & Hush sells products only to licensed professionals and hospitals.
I forgot something. Can I add to my order?
Additions to any order are only allowed the same day the order is placed unless the order has already been packed for shipping.
What is the method of payment?
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Please note, we do not bill your credit card until your order ships.
What is a Back-order item?
- It is a priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock; however there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue.
- If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon it comes in.
- There is no additional shipping charge on the back-order.
- Back Orders will automatically be shipped unless client contacts sales person to cancel.

We offer monthly promos on products which are announced in our monthly newsletter emails.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Do I need to be there to sign for my product?
- No, you do not need to be there to sign for your package.
- If an order needs to be reshipped due to absence or refusal: there is an additional 10% re-ship fee plus shipping charges.
What if a product is damaged?
- Damages that are due to carrier neglect should be reported to the carrier as well Eclectic Solutions LLC dba Hale & Hush.
- Damages must be reported within 72 hours to receive credit or refund.
How do I return a product?
Returned products must be carefully repacked and returned in original condition, otherwise credit will be denied.
Is there a fee for a product return?
There is a 25% re-stock fee for products returned in original condition within 10 days.
